I bought a plot at Kavadipalli in 2007. I noticed that no plots are being seen in that location. I was not sure whom to reach out. Abhinandna housing team collected development costs for this, and did not developments. My mobile number is +91 [protected]. I will be ready to file a court case on Abhinandana Housing Pvt Ltd. It is very annoying, to have traffic single is generating traffic jam as the timing is
opposite, to the expected. As per the logic, if I may be wrong please correct me.

I hope this heard and appropriate action of change in the waiting time RED signal is revesed.

This is on Gananjay Society road and road going to Eklavya Collage cross
Near Badhai sweets.
On the busy road towards Eklavya College the RED single should be 90 sec where as it is 30 and the cross road it is 90 second...
I think there is some logic for the RED time.

I was doing 5 types of jobs in home base work ( Sms sending/ email sending/ online data entry/ form filling)
I completed 30 days work of four jobs. Home base work drop a mail in which they said I have to be wait for 5 -10 days for payment withdrawal, but here is mine 9th day of waiting. I didn't get any payment till now.

I need urgent money, that's why I do this jobs, but they disappoint me and broke my trust

I have payed all the payment at a time to the abhinandana avenues guntur on 2017 and they said will do registration in a week.50 weeks are paased but still my plot is not registered on my name.
Please do not buy plota from this company. They are enjoying with our money. This company owner is tdp mla ans he might be using thia money for his political career.

They are cheating people by taking investments and not doing registrations in time.

No one has time to prove good or bad, genuine or fake, company has to sort out so many problems.

This is a big cheater and fraudster company..they are cheating innocent and general people(I think there are some master minds behind this company)..I started paying money from 2008 and completed paying installments till 2012(All my savings of 10, 000/-) is being paid to them by listening to one of my relatives words...They said that you are getting land at very cheap price it will increase in few years..All this is non sense ..From last 4 years they are postponing of doing registration..

Pls do advise me what can I do so that i can get back my money...

I have paid the total amount for yerrabalem plot in 2013. They suppose to complete the resgisration in the same year. They delayed the registration and now they are telling, it is taken by A.P Govt as part of land pooling. I don't know really its part of land pooling or they are doing drama.

Everybody who were cheated by abinandana, pls share your experiences here.

Let's how it goes about resgistration. If I found if they cheated us, I will not vote for TDP again. I will put my efforts to take this matter to CBN.

Dear sir, my name is kollipra srikanth.i took 2 plotes (3 years insatlaments)in abhinanadana housing pvt ltd in guntur, andharaparadesh.that companey promiss my poltes handoverto after 3years with full dovlapaments.so I paid full amount my plote cost in 13-8-12.but still today that companey not registation to my plote.please take to action and do the free registation immdeateely.way be couse i am lose of interest of my amount since 2012. so please considar to my problem and do the registation as erly as possibule. DON'T TAKE LAND OFFERS FROM THIS COMPANY. They didn't inform that the amount we were paying in installments includes road development costs. After we paid 3/4th amount, they wanted us to pay for the development cost also.

There are no proper procedures and policies for this company. No one takes the responsibility for owning the issue....
