[Resolved]  Sri Balaji Travels — Fraud case -not refunding amount

We had booked for tirupathi travel for 3 passengers (A.S. Maitra -age 62, Mrs. S. Maitra - age 50 and Mrs. Dipti Chaudhuri - age 60) on[protected] in Sri Balaji Travels. An agent of theirs came to our house and collected a sum of Rs. 4500 and gave us the bill. On 26th, they said us that the bus us full and they would arrange for seat on 30th. However, on 29th when I called them, they said that they had wrongly booked our seats on 31-Jan-2013. The passengers were scheduled to leave for Delhi on 31st and so we had asked for cancellation for which they told that the amount will be credited back to us in couple of days.
This couple of days has not yet come. Today, it's already 56 days and they still keep coming up with excuses for not being able to refund. The complete address of the travels as in the bill is:

Sri Balaji Travels, 38, Burkit road, T.Nagar, (near T.Nagar Bus Terminus), Chennai -600017.

Request you to do the needful to get the issue sorted ASAP.
