[Resolved]  Sri Guru Ram Rai Institute Of Tech & Science — Most urgent

Myself ashish pradhan a student of MBA[protected] batch of srggits institute in dehradun.I had completed my mba in 2005 bcos i was not appeared in 3rd sem exam thatswhy my result was late.But After that i had contacted to the person Mr.Virendra Pundir(librarian) & Mr.Kasturi (ex registrar), Mr bhandari the present registrar alot of time with phonecalls & also done fax to them.But they had given fake commitments all the time.Mr.virendra pundir is always involving in fake deals with students and want to earn illegal money from the students for increasing there marks & solving other dispute related to the institute.There is a rule in the institute that a student will refund his security money after his full clearance.which has been done by the faculties, registrar, & librarian.I had rec my security money after 2 years but didnt rec the marksheet & passingout certificate by the instt.which has been held by a librarian.After a lot of conversation he is putting fake allegations that i had not returned one book to him, after 3 years he awakeup & saying that i have to pay the amount.They had taken so many fine at the time when i was present in the instt.Now no body is listening the complain against him bcos he is the right hand of mahant(as per the working employee).Bcos i dont have time to visit the instt.how i can rec my marksheet even they have my mailing add but not dispatched the marksheet.I dont have alot of money to waste on this fake instt.Please suggest me what is the next step i can take against them.I only a latest fax copy which i had posted to them on 16 july.If they will tell after sometime that i had not given fee of so many semester & they had given me free education than how i can prove it.It is really a embarrassing to take a education from this type of institute.Due to this i didn't got confirmation that whether i had cleared my MBA or not & getting headache and not able to go on better position in my life
