[Resolved]  Sri Ramachandra Hospital Chennai — WRONG SURGERY

1)
They do so many unnecessary test. Some test are mandatory which I
agree. But in the name of procedure and rules, they take so many
unnecessary test and charges.
2) I went through the bill and they have mentioned doctor visiting
charges for 1500. The fact is doctor did not visit at all and they have
charged this. When I asked about it the answer was since you came via
that doctor it is been charged. how stupid?
3) What can be done with these doctors? As a common man how can I
control this?
4) They maintain the place neatly and the canteen is also good.
5) We raised few questions about the bill and from next time they
started treating us odd. They make us wait for a long time. They dont
give the reports on time. And they talk as if they will not help us.

I totally agree with the above comments. All doctors are money minded. As a common man we are helpless.

I personally feel worst experience in Sri ramachandra hospital.

I lost my mother life only due to the ego between cardiac surgeon and medicine. Only money minded people. The doctors won't talk with patients. Take decision only based on the comments given by trainees. They also will not convey the correct information.
All nurses are doing only clerical jobs.

Only hospital is big. No one (including doctors and house surgeon) having heart/mind to take care of patients.

So please don't prefer that hospital. Otherwise you will get suffer like me.

I feel bad experience with Sri ramachandra hospial.

Here doctors won't talk with the patients.
They will discuss the problems with the trainees only.Even They will not provide correct information.

Only money minded. Hospital is big but no one(doctors, trainees and nurses, etc) have heart .
Nurses are doing only clerical job .

Please don't prefer SRMC hospital. otherwise you will suffer like me.

yes I agree. Ramachandra Hospital, Porur is worst. They wont feel responsibilility on patients. Please dont choose that stuppid hospital, especialy Dr Thanikachalam.

never ever go to this hospital, , , worst doctors... they concentrate on money rather than patient's health

Yes i am the one and my family and me suffering a lot because of this stupid and worst hospital. i lost my 34 years brother here we are poor family took all amount and left us with dead body. My family become worst because of this hospital especially from dialysis department he is the one who is very worst don't believe them surely he will suffer a lot by losing all his family and everything in this world.

Junior doctors only gives treatment.my mother was suffering from chest pain.we went ramachandra hospital.they did n't understand the problem. They suggest admit in hospital 4 days.they given cordialogy realated treatment and used unnecessary medicine. But tests results are normal. Example:Echo. Tnt. Sr doctors explain to Jr doctors only.but they don't tell problom patianat mentar and patianat.

We went to another hospital, they identify the problem.Actual problem is infection and gas.they given right tratament.

4 days Time and money waste in ramachandra hospital.

I submitted bills in insurance company for amount reumborcement . They replayed mail and asked to submit hospital format paper all expenses are in one document to approve the amount.i went to hospital and contacted admin, she simply said that we won't give any document and we provide cash less tratament only. So health insurance too wasted.
My sugg is first Sr doctor need to identify problom.

I had bad experience in this hospital. I can't file against this type of hospital. December 21 2017, I have admitted my father for Stress ulcer in right leg. Lot of trainee doctors came and investigation one by one. I have spent 45K at the time of emergency only for medical test. Money minded only. They won't give proper treatment. Doctors said surgery cost around 1.5 lakh I chosen transfer to G block. Two days no treatment and dressing also. I have decided discharge immediately on (24 Dec 2017) One doctor came and brokerage for surgery cost (Doctors is God, little change Dog)

I had bitter experience in refund my money from gajaana of Ramachandra. It's being very tough to get my money once it get into their hand...

Insurance and finance staffs are ill-treating the customers.

Infact I'm waiting for more than 10 days for getting the refund...

I'm gonna ask my doctor, who suggested to admit here not to suggest this hospital to anybody.

On tenth day they are asking me to wait till the approved available. I complained this to PRM...waiting...fingers crossed...will see how long will it take...
