Sri Ramachandra Hospital Chennai Complaints & Reviews

I got delivered my baby in ramachandra under Dr.Usha vishwanath on 14th June 2022. Doctor advised me to visit for a review after 10days to remove the stitches. I went there after and got them removed as per doctors advice. After few days I felt some uneasiness near the scar and it felt like some stitch is not removed. So I pinged my doctor and informed her the same and she asked me to consult her. So I went for consultation and she observed the scan and said everything is fine and I insisted her to check again so that she can see the left out stitch. But didn't checked it and asked me to come for a review after 2 Weeks. And i didn't go as i didn't get satisfied with her review so I visited local doctor and asked her to check for the same. She removed long thread from the scar.

Doctors treatment was good . But the nurse behaviour was really dissaponting .they are giving unnecessary medication to the patient even when doctor said no need of . And they didn't returned the excess items . The nurse is from first floor F1. I hope you will take action about this or else we will ....

My wife got admitted for delivery in srmc hospital and normally delivered a baby girl and both mom and my daughter were doing well. Dr usha vishwanath advised my wife can get discharged in the next day itself, but for baby they said some drs umamaheshwari b and mohamed asiff reg no (47718) from neonatology will be confirming the discharge of the baby.

I have applied for caseless hospitalization for my wife and all the expenses got approved and got the discharge summary for my wife, but my daughter has not urinated for more than 24 hours. Initially some fellow junior dr said within 12 hours then within 24 hours and then finally when i showed my face they said sir maximum 48 hours we can wait for the baby to pass urine and for that reason they are not ready to discharge my daughter
Now they admitted my daughter and they charged a bill of some 11000+ for my daughter treatment, but naturally she urinated around the 3 day morning.

Initially when i approached the insurance for caseless treatment for my daughter they said you can not get caseless treatment instead they said you pay for the treatment and then later you do a reimbursement with you insurance company.

Due to daughter treatment i said ok and paid all the amount for my daughter.

Now when i submitted the insurance form to my tpa they simply rejected and said baby is normal at the time of birth and reimbursemant claim is rejected then i called my tpa and explained the matter in details without any illness the hospital will not advise my baby to get admitted in the hospital what is required from the hospital to continue processing the same. My tpa requested for a justification letter for admission of the baby in the hospital.

Then i approached the hospital and asked for justification letter and they said no letter will be given because baby i normal at the time of birth. After lot of argument and finally they given the justification letter as baby was in observation for 2 days by the mother side. Assholl people in the hospital will do thing in the favour of hospital and without any problem with my baby they admitted my baby and they said we are requested the baby to be hospitalized for extra days.

NO ONE CAN REFER THE WORST SRI RAMACHANDRA HOSPITAL PORUR CHENNAI BECAUSE THE HOSPITAL MOTIVE IS MONEY MINDED, ACTUALLY MY PROBLEM IS UMBILICAL HERNIA THE MONEY MINDED DOCTORS CAN DO LAPAROSCOPY, BUT IN THIS CASE MANY DOCTORS CAN REFER OPEN SURGERY IS BEST, BUT THIS CASE IN RAMACHANDRA DOCTORS RECOMMENDS LAP IN LAP ONLY 20% OPERATION CAN BE SUCCESS. THE DOCTORS CANNOT TELL ANY THING THEY CAN DO LAP. I CAN SPEND...
