I also faced the same kind of problem recently with Sri Sai Prasanna gas agency, actually their behavior is like Vandals, and not giving proper answer if we say, that we dont want stove, but only connection. As per government law, stove is not necessary but if we not taking stove from agency, then government inspection will happen for our stove, and if our stove is ISI approved, its not required to buy stove. If we say about law, they get angry...

Even i faced the same problem. They were not ready to accept my form itself if i am not paying to get stove from them.Govt should interfere and do something about it.
Sri Sai Prasanna Indane Services at Hulimavu has a very bad customer contact and they are not answering the telephone no.s[protected] and[protected]. Even if they pick up the call they answer very rudely and harshly which upset the day
for me. They even scold and are not ready to provide any sort of help. The Aadhar number was not aknowledged
the subsidy amount is not received till date even after 4 months of submission, when enquired they say they are not free and go to
bank and verify.
The staff are very very rude and simply ignore without talking and will be chit chatting themselves. This is very often to all the public
when asked of not picking up the phone they simply don't see us and ignore.
Kindly help and provide good staff who can co operate as we are their customer and not slaves.

Every time we need to go behind & beg the delivery guy for cylinder. You go to the office, they will ask you to call the delivery boy, delivery boy will tell there is no Bill generated. If Bill is generated they will tell there is no supply now. I booked a cylinder on 7th, today when I checked in IVR they have cleared delivery upto 16th, but still they say there is no supply. Now, if the delivery boy comes with Gas he will ask for Rs.70 to 100/- for delivering it to your door. He has no shame after delaying this much, still ask for money. I asked for complaint number they gave a number which is written on the notice board - JOSPHINE MARGARATE[protected]Yes, You're right a number which is OUT OF ORDER) hence we can't complaint also. I would strongly recommend to STAY AWAY from this Distributor.

Worst delivery service ever seen. They take minimum of 15 days atleast to deliver the cylinder within a KM from their office when the estimated delivery is 5 days but you will get a successful delivery text before 10 days of actually cylinder delivery. It's totally a waste of time speaking with the delivery person. Would be great if someone can suggest the escalation matrix for the indane head office.
