I have booked for refill around two weeks ago but the cylinder has not been delivered yet. The worst part is the contact number they have enlisted, doesn't work. Hence, consumers are at a loss if the cylinders will be delivered at all. In a country where digital transformation is taking lead in every sector, this one which is one of the most important and basic requirements of Indian households, doesn't function properly at all. It would be great if the dealer has a contact number with a person who can atleast inform the consumer about the estimated time of delivery.

I have applied for New Indane Gas connection with proper documents. The agency asked me to pay Rs4750/- so that he will supply 1 Gas Stove, 1 Cylinder, 1 Regualator and 1 Hose Pipe. Told him we dont want Gas stove as we are already having ISI Gas stove gifted by our relatives. But even then they are insisting to take Gas stove also otherwise they wont give gas connection. Please let me know whether it is compulsory to take Gas stove when...
