Dear Sir,

I have entered into agreement with Mr. M.V.Ramna Rao, Project Director, APSHCorp, Khammam in the year 2008 to sell my land at Kondabheemanpally, Devarkonda village, Nalgonda District.After entering in agreement he was trapped and suspended.I sold my land to meet the expenses of my daughter. Now he did not turned up and with great difficulty I could able to trace his residential address and I asked my amount, he said that the original sale agreement is with ACB and it cannot be registered. I sold the same plots to another purchaser as the date of my daughters marriage is near.Now he is not giving me NOC,stating that ACB directors are his friends and they advised not to give NOC. He is really troubling me,Please help me as the new purchaser has stopped my payment after registration for want of NOC from Mr. Ramna Rao.
