I have booked a plot in srishti Anand builders and colonizers's project name (GREEN CITI) Jaipur in May 2006.They promised me that they will give us possession 2 years.i have deposited two lakh rupees in there project.
More then 3 years have gone, But till now niether they give me possession of the plot nor they are giving giving me refund of my money.

I am concerned about what is the mkt price today. Please tell me what is the price today we can get for 250 sq yd plot. I am not concerned about past or future price, so please tell me today'sprice.
i have also booked a plot of 250 sq. yards in 2006. and i have paid two installments of 1.3 lac each. i checked the location in 2010, there is no construction expect entry gate. all investors are in anger, i want my installments to be refund. tell me the procedure plz.

Construction work for Sample Villa has already started.

We have already constructed sufficient water storage overhead and underground Tanks & Boring at site for Whole Township. Moreover Bisalpur Pariyojana is in its final stage.

Electricity Poles have been fixed in hole township area.

Sector Road & Link Road/Lanes work is in process to completion.

Landscaping is in its full swing and will be completed very soon. Plantation of more than seventeen thousand plants has been completed .

Direct Access from highway has been approved by NHAI (National Highway Authority of India).

Marketing Office has already been constructed before 2 KM from site.

Construction of site Office is completed at entry gate no. 1 on main NH-8.

Construction work for Club House has already started.

Construction of Cricket Ground is completed.

Out Door games zone is completed.

Now we are developing green phase in town ship area.

Plot registries are open.

As per the terms & conditions of the registration form the company had given the provisional allotment of the plot to all eligible members within committed time frame.

Non-delivery of plot
Hi. I had booked a plot in the Green City, Jaipur project more than 4 years back. Payments of 60% of the total amount has already been done right at the beginning. In the last 4 years there has been very poor progress and infrequent updates by the builder.

Now I am given to understand that the Phase II of the project is getting launched in December 2011 and the builder will be selling those plots for around Rs 3400.

I have been asked to pay the remaining 40% and get he plot registered. I am more keen to exit out of this project, but the Builder or the Marketing Office is offering no help in terms of either finding buyers or refunding the money.

Is there anyone in the community who can help the consumers file a complaint agaisnt the Builder? Please let us know.

I have also plot in Green city, i think over all progress is quite slow in this project despite of FDI investement. Do any one what is going in this project, i have not received any update .. My Plot number is B-126.

Dear Friends,

Do not be fooled by this response from the Company. Please be aware that there has been a major change in the location of their property and this is no longer on the main highway but 2-3 kms inside and across a Nehar. I would strongly advice people to have a visit to the site to personally inspect the location and progress.

The residential and facilities are separated by a Nehar and not within the same complex. Not sure how many of you are aware of this change in location? How many of you are still sitting back thinkig that your 2007 allotment is still valid? Ask them to send you a map of the new location to see what you are dealing with
After the recent DLF case in Mansear (Express Greens) case in which the honorable New Delhi District consumer disputes redressal forum gave a verdict against DLF builder for making a project launch in Manesar “Express Greens” without having necessary legal sanctions and approvals (please read Time of India for 1st Oct for details), has given us some a great opportunity to fight this builder who has been holding our money for over 6 years and by making false promises.
Let's all come together to legally fight this builder to seek our rightful refunds and penalties
I too have booked a plot in 2006 measuring 250 Sq yds and have paid two installments of Rs. 1.30 lakhs each ( Total 2.60 lakhs). I havnt received any communications from the comapny since long, whenever tried to contact the company, no proper response by the company. I have visited the site in Mid 2011 and found that there is a minor development at the site except the main entrance which was built in 2006 at the time of launch of the project, some temporary roads and some temporary electric poles. Seems surprising that even after 5 -6 years of launch of the project nothing concrete has been done at project site nor the company respods properly except making the demands. I suggest we should come together and make our presentation against the comapny as well as the respective authorities including the legal authorities.

Any updates on construction. There seems to be absolutely no indication of any selling prices available in any domain. Also is the developer giving an option of buying back the property at whatever rates. Entire money seems to be lost in this project. Please help.

We were promised that project will complete in 2-3 years but its been 8 years now and still project is under construction.

Also no updates and revision in price and appraisal in price is seen. If
price has not increased in last 8 years which u said at time of selling
will increase from 2000 to 4000/5000 in 3-4 years, what should we think
about the project.

It looks a total loss for all o[censored]s who invested and trusted in you. We
would like to pay remaining amount but need a buyer which we do not see
anywhere due to bad mkt image of this project.

After 8 years one expects at least 4500 if not 5000 rate.

Please provide the latest market price of the 250 sq yd plot and what if
we want to sell, can you get us some buyer so that it can be sold.

Also please send updates on regular basis (every 1 or 2 months) to all investors about progress and current mkt rates of plots.
