Hi. My Father invested in your project. Unfortunately he passed away last year. Upon going through his documents, I found that he had paid more than 2.7 lakh rupees, but there is no plot allotment for him. I tried to contact you on all the numbers I can find, but no success. Kindly let me know what is the status of the plot, or do I need to visit court for allotment?...

I have booked a plot in srishti Anand builders and colonizers's project name (GREEN CITI) Jaipur in May 2006.They promised me that they will give us possession 2 years.i have deposited two lakh rupees in there project.
More then 3 years have gone, But till now niether they give me possession of the plot nor they are giving giving me refund of my money.
