[Resolved]  srk corporate service Goa — they are not refunding my money

The srk corporate offered a job me there in canada and sweta avasthi from there delhi office has told me that they will send me there in canada with in four months of my fees depposited date, i deposited the money on 16 nov`2010 and i am still here in india, she told me that i have to pay 1,35000 for canada immigration and job, i have to pay 35000 for registration, ones i got register after that it will take 4 months to go there, after one month i asked about the process she gave me his boss no., he is mayur byas and his no is [protected], i spoke with him he told me dont worry i will give your money back with in this month, i called after one month , he replied same, then i tried to find a contact where i can tolk face to face,i contact through my freind in their Goa office but the lady is there, told me that she can not do any thing what ever i can do , do, she said to me that dont go to police, we and police both are goan so they will gonna to in favor of mine, after that she does not pick my phone, i also spoke with kamlesh saitani Ahmedabad office and he told me that soon i will get my money, keep in touch of mayur byas he is boss, after that i asked for money and mayur send a form to fill for refund, i sent it back after filled up the all inforamation what is needed in form, after that he mailed me that i will got my money with in this month of june2011 and now today is 7th july`2011 but i am still waiting for my money....
please help me if anybody can help...
