[Resolved] SSTPL Group, Kolkata — Salary Harasing | |||
Hi Sir, the SSTPL Group (Shiva System and Technological Pvt Ltd),Shakspear Soroni,Near-Kala Mandir, Kolkata making excuses to pay my Salary last 2 and 1/2 months and Harassing me. This Company and its MD (Mr B Nandy) gives false details of Job Nature at the time of Interview and after joining, they pressurise employees to bring business from their clients unmannerly and illegally. The Company also not pay salary on time and properly. Due to these reasons i and some other guys give up this company with in advance notice and at the time of leave he assured us that we would get salary. But unfortunately, the MD and his A/C Department always making new excuses and harassing with delay. I have a Mail Proof against this Company and this Company continue making Fool other guys those are needy for their Career and Crisis. I want to take this Company and its Head Mr B Nandy in Consumer Court but i am running out of money and currently living in Hyderabad. Sir, now tell me what i do to recover my Salary that is approx 6,000/= (Six Thousands) and also want to beware all the needy Guys not to join this Company. Verified Support Oct 17, 2014 Shiva Systems & Technologies Customer Care's response His salary was hold due to lot of reason
1. He absents frequently.
2. He was blamed to bypass some important document from office to the competitor.
3. He was accused by his in laws for trying to murder his wife.
Due to the above mentioned reason management has decided to discontinue his job with immediate effect.
Finally we have paid the full amount by Cheque.

whoever looking to join SSTPL or netsearchindia ... it is a warning not to join this company... as they are not paying salary on time that is 15th of every month.. and even i[censored] leave the organisation without any notice period then they wont pay your pending salary... i left the organisation, but informed the director ( Mr Rana Biswadeep Nandy ) of the company that i m not going to continue to work if salary is not being paid in time... they have not paid my february salary yet and making other excuse that they are not satisfy with my work ... It is better to join other company who atleast pay you salary on time... here salary is being paid during mid of the month that is on 15 you will get your salary. we all employee has requested several time ...but they make their own decision as per their own convenient. i was working in andheri, mumbai . if you ask your salary, then Mr Rana Nandy will make excuse that your salary is being paid frm kolkotta... it will come from there ...

Please remove this complaints.
He was rejected due to his work. All his work got rejected due to his wrong presentation and he was trying to do some politics inside the organisation. He was extremely arogent and he was involved with all anti-social elements.
Could you please advise us what you would have done when you know that your employee can be harmful for your organisation.
I request you to delete all the post and request yo to verify with any company representative before you post any kind of message.
Our company established in 1997. it took 20 years to reach in today's position. We will not allow any to do any harm with the Company.
