TodayI complained at 6.08(compain no. 732752). again i complained at 7.30( complain no. 732753).. At 8.30 i had been to koparkhairane branch for same reason and ask a person for all this, gave all details. but he misbehaved with me, he had no any info for this. I asked him, i'll do complaint against them in main branch, He doesn't fear of any complains. he just said go and complain and said no engineer'll come today to solve your problem...from 6 to 8.30, i called more then 10 times...
complain against branch: 732904...
These guys are just setting for timepass, not interested to solve any issue... First they shold learn to behave with customers. May be this type of companies are their family property where they can work as they want...

yes SSV(dvios ion) is the worst ISP ever.
they always keep the internet off during Saturdays and Sundays when ppl have holidays and use internet to the max. also internet isn't available during morning time. in-spite of the monthly payment they dont renew the account and a message is delivered stating" your account has expired please renew your subscription". Calling customer care is of no use as it keeps on continuing. I[censored] have any other better ISP please tell as i am in urgent need of it.
P.S: They also sometimes change your package speed, download speed and provide you with a crappiest low speed connection.

I am using same connection for 6 months(sector 19, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai) and having worst experience. There is no technical supports for days. When i call them firstly i need to spend almost 30 min to talk with them and then they answer in rude way . They say will send technician but there is no support. If i call then after 6 pm they always say tech is not available and we will address problem next day.At day time i am in office and when i go back there is no connectivity. Please take some action.

They dont provide the after sales support or support in case of problem.
So change it to Five Network Broadband or MTNL as I have done.

i'm using ssv internet from longtime. They are not providing proper service.
Everytime i've to call them more than 5 to 6 time and they answers that they took
complain n engineer'll come. Sometime it takes 3 to 5 hours to reach their engineers
and sometimes they don't come on sameday.Everytime i get answer that they have noone to
solve problem, all engineers are busy... brach guys don't support and vashi customer care guys also don't support...
Strict actions should be taken against them.
