Debdas, Debasis and Anil pattainak are big FRAUD .
I have filed H1B petetion through Staffing-Tree. Till last week whenever I called they picked up the phone (atleast after 3-4 tries but they picked up). But from last 2-3 days nobody is picking up the phone. Vineeth is point of contact for me. I fear they are big cheats because I have given them 1Lac as advance for H1B. I can produce receipt.
I am bit tensed and calling them continueously. Vineeth's phone is ringing but he is not picking up. While their landline number is not working. Can anybody give me their alternate number?

They are big cheats. Satej, they have cheated with me as well. I am going to file a criminal/forgery case against Vineeth and staffing tree. I am also going to file a case in Consumer court. I am planning to send a complanit to DOL and USICS too.
Lets all join hands and teach them a big lesson. I want to see Vineeth behind bars. lets make it sure that Vineeth and staffing tree gets the punsihment that they desreve and in future innocents like us are not duped.

Friends these people have closed their Bhubaneswar office in India since one month and has changed their Mobile no as well their land line numbers. I heard from one of my friends in orissa that they are planning to close their operation by duping crores from many H1aspirants from all over the India

Please be more descriptive in your postings. Your post does not tell what is the nature of fraud or how the fraud is committed. Some detail is appreciated. In case you are currently in US, you may complain to DOL (for wage violations, non-payment of salary, etc) or local police department for criminal fraud. for other issues, please contact an employment lawyer.
