HI, I am pankaj from bangalore , Staffing Tree Software Pvt. Ltd Orissa based company has cheated me by h1b visa . No done farud of 95000 rps .Now they are not showing up and answring my call .I have all the tansaction records and email and recpit records with me .The name of person how deals is vinneth aggarwal.Can u enlighten me how to procude further with my complaint. If you want your money from Staffing Tree. Then you have to run after them. If you keep quite, you will never get back your money. They have shut there Inidan operation, but MD is still in Bhubaneswar.
Digendra it is me who is helping others to recover money from Staffing tree.You had transferred the money to Staffing Tree Software Pvt Ltd. I am a victim like you. Staffing Tree owes me money aswell. They have stopped there india operation & I was fired reason I asked them to refund H1B candidates. During my tenure with Staffing Tree Software Pvt Ltd, I made them to refund money to few candidates & later when I asked them to refund money to others I was fired. If you go through other posts you can see the name of the candidates with there contact details.
Later I also found out your petition was never filed with USCIS.
Here are few details which will definitely help you:
Staffing tree Software Pvt Ltd - MD Anil Patnaik (Father of Debdas patnaik), he is in Bhubaneswar. You can get in touch with him on[protected] or [protected]. This is the company you paid the money to, pls refer to your money receipt
Staffing Tree LLC -Debdas Patnaik is the owner. His contact number is +[protected] or +[protected]. But he never answers his phone.
I am in touch with other candidates & we are taking all necessary steps to recover the money from Staffing Tree & put both Son & father behind the bar for the fraud.
