[Resolved]  Star Cj Alive — Delivered wrong product and now not exchanging it.

I have ordered Aurelia Elegant pack of 3 kurtas Medium size, order number is[protected]. they did not deliver it on time than i called them and asked about the status then the said that there are some problem cancel this order and make another order. I ordered again the same kurtas and order number is[protected], They delivered wrong kurta and again i complained for exchange then new order number is[protected], again they delivered wrong and new order number is[protected]. I ordered on 17th of July and today is 28th of August. It is over 1 month and now they are saying that we can not exchange the product now because this is against their terms and conditions. This is their mistake and i am suffering. They are making fool of customer they are showing something and delivering something else. They blocked my 1100/- it is not just a matter of 1100/- but matter of making fool of customer and now there is no one ansewerable for this, I called hundred times to customer care they are saying that complain is registered but not in process,please help me in getting my correct product.
