Dear sir, I have ordered Sam sung 28 L Microwave on 15th of Oct and made payment through my Credit Card at that time the person who took my order told me that your order will be delivered within 5 working days but i have not received it till now. I Called them so many times and they promise me that someone from starCJ will call you soon for your resolution but i never get call from them. One of the customer care ex i have talked is Ms Sonia. Even they don't have any information or they are hiding , Even they have provided me Docket no. of Courier service Gati[protected] but when i called up courier service they told me that we have not received such courier from Star cj. Big mistake at my end was that I have made a online payment before hand. Thus, now I am running after them to get the refund.
