My self Kukku Sharma, I ordered three product to star cj alive in the month October but I did'nt received any one of them, any when ever I call to customer care they are kidding with me from last two mont they are saying that they forward my complain to senior and they will call me back within 24 hour but didn't received any call from star cj from two month ... the product details are given below:

Black on dated[protected] order no[protected] (delivery with in 10 working days) and payment made by state bank of india through dabit card but till now i am unable to get this product after this i call the customer care[protected] so many times but star cj representative(anshu messey,rakhi & dhiraj) mis-guide me & they give me fake pod no [protected](AFL Courier) so please sort out my problem

we have not received head phones in the delivery of the order.
the order contains the folloeing products:
-canon printer
-free black and white cartridges
-a polo club new york watch
These three things we have received but the deal also contains head phone set but we didn't receive that. I think that you will take a quick action and please respond back as soon as possible.
