Sir,
I booked the above order by seeing the TV Advertisement that the order contains 23 pcs of Sia Jewellery on 21.4.2012 by payment on COD . Yesterday on 24.4.2012 at 7.00 p.m. I received the consignment which was as follows :-
1. Wrist Watch Sia make - 1 No.
2. Bindi Sia make - 1 No.
3. Pearl set (1+1) - 2 Nos.
4. Necklace set Sia make (1+1) - 2 Nos.
5.Necklace set local made (1+1) - 2 Nos.
6. –do- - 2 Nos.
7. –do- - 2 Nos.
8. –do- - 2 Nos.
9. –do- - 2 Nos
10. –do- - 2 Nos
11. –do- - 2 Nos
12. Payal set - 1 No.
13. Bracelet - 1 No.
14. Purse - 1 No.
The above items were received vide Invoice No.U[protected] dated 21.4.2012 through M/s Trading Solutations (P) Ltd., B-147 Sector 10, NOIDA and it is added that only first 4 (four)items were of Sia Art Jewellery and the rest were of local mark of inferior quality, defaming the name of M/s Star CJ.
I request you to return the above items and either supply me the above items of Sia Jewellery or arrange the refund of money by deputing the pick up boy.
