[Resolved] Star Cj Alive — Defective product | |||
I have ordered for "Birla Handblender & chopper" vide order no - [protected] on[protected] to Star CJ Alive, received the same through invoice no[protected] dt[protected]. But the piece was defective. Complaint for the same and they sent the replacement two times, but both the times product was defective, so I refuse to accept the replacement and keep complaining for the same. After that they stopped responding and never send the right product. When I got tired, I asked for REFUND on[protected], but again they are silent till date, while commitment was for 5 working days. This is hopeless organisation, product quality is also not good. Don't go for this.

i had purchased a product named HAPPY FEET from STARCJ ALIV E approx three months back. I was prescribed by the doctor to give hot water treatment for my aching feet. as being busy and could not get time to use the product and check. few days back i used this product. but to my surprise the water in it did not get hot as shown on TV and as written in the catalogue with it. kindly do the needful else i have no other option than to go to consumer court.
i am not buying from starcjalive anymore. i have had enough experience
