I had ordered two orders from Star CJ alive :
1. [protected]- daily living box: The product is torn and I complained immediately to star CJ alive and the only response I had for exchange is that product is out of stock. When I asked when it is going to be in stock, they said they will call back - that call has never come
2. [protected]: Infinity pendant set : The product was delivered wothout the free gift promoised and shown on website (a free pendant). I complained immediately, another product was sent in exchange and that also has the missing free gift.
I have complained several times for both these concerns - always the response is that customer care will ring you back, it has never happened, also the service is so poor...you call everyday , if you want to speak to a senior, you are put on hold/the phone rings for 10 mins and no one answers
This is pathetic service- first you do not do quality check of products you send, then you do not exchange them and do not even respond to the customer...pathetic service.
Could you guide me how I can take an action gainst such fraud people who cause a lot of anxiety and mentral stress to customers like us besides the money we lose? Was this information helpful? |
