[Resolved] Star Cj — Not getting money refunded or not exchanging the shipment | |||
Hi, I had booked an order on Star CJ "66 pices dinner set" on 18th Oct 11 and i had received the order on 25th oct 11, and at the time of booking that order i asked with customer care if i dont like the set then is it possible to return , customer care said that yes you can return your shipment with 7 working days after once you received the product. On the basis of customer care words i have booked the order . and after receiving that product i found the the set is a very small in size , instead of what i have seen on boardcast. on 26th Oct 11, i have registered a complaint that i want my money back and till now my query is not resolved yesterday i got the call from Star CJ mumbai office and they told me that we can only exchange or refund money if the product is damage or the manufacturing defect and they are denying to exchange or money refund. I have asked that i need to talk to your senior authorities , but they said we are from senior department and not doing anything. Please do the needfull to sort out the issue.
