[Resolved] STAR CJ Network India (P) Ltd — Non-delivery of item paid for | |||
An order (no. [protected]) was placed on 5th November. Payment was online (my biggest mistake) for 2 items. Only one (Daily Living Box) was shipped, the other (Sanjeev Kapoor's Pan Set) didn’t arrive. After that, every day I made a call 2-3 times, and the customer care center kept promising a resolution. But nothing happened. On 26th November, a call came from the Mumbai head office acknowledging a warehousing error, and that the product will be sent soon. Since then, I have made numerous calls with no effect. I do not know how to escalate this within StarCj, there are no phone nos or email ids available.
