[Resolved]  Star Cj — Refund amount of cancelled order

Refund amount of cancelled order
A order of designer jewellery, Zaveri Pearls Roopa Collection through online shopping through Star CJ on 27 SEPTEMBER 12 (Order No :[protected] and payment of the same made through Credit card of SBI. On 10 th of October, This order was cancelled by star CJ team as communicated to me that they have defective piece of product and promised that refund my amount of INR 2990.00 in 7 working days. For this Order cancellation confirmation call will be given to me.

But, after giving a call on the regular basis on customer care no finally order cancellation confirmation call came on 16 Nov 2012. After this I received subsequent calls for Order cancellation confirmation. Calling on customer care no. customer care executives are not giving any positive response about refund amount Rs.2990.00 .
