I have had a really bad experience dealing with Star Gold Builders. I booked an apartment, after they promised that they will return the whole amount if I cancel it in 7 days. As the design and the location was not feasible for my family, I had to cancel it and I communicated the same at the end of the 4th day itself. Ever since that day, I have been chasing them for returning me the money I had used for booking the amount. They never respond to the call, say people are not available and when we reach the right person, say that they are not aware of the transaction etc. Later on consistently chasing them, one day they said they have sent the courier, but I understood that it was only another lie they used to avoid calls from me. I have now taken up the legal route to get that money back from them. Please do not approach Star Gold Builders in case you was convenience and peace of mind. They lack professionalism, organization and act like cheats. I am sorry I had to write this piece about someone. Was this information helpful? | |||

GSA Builder / Star Gold Builder /AR group builders, is encroaching the plot and making Illegal construction. Please BEWARE. Complaint regarding illegal interference in respect of sites no D-111, 112 & 113
Victorian View was developed in 1994-95.
Star Gold Builder / GSA Builder / AR group builders, are partners and the same, Who are trying to interfere with peaceful possession of the vacant sites Nos D- 111, 112 & 113 in Victorian view, Nallurahalli village, k r Puram hobli, Bangalore. It may be relevant to state here that most of the sites in Victorian view are owned by NRIs thus the said persons taking advantage of the said status of domicile are indulging illegal act/ivities including Fabricating and creating documents and records only to defeat the rights of the site owners. Thus this compliant to you, requesting your kind self to take all and necessary action Against the said persons and all persons concerned and acting for, or under the said persons and bring the culprits to books in accordance to law.
This is to inform you that the site owners of the Victorian View are constrained to approach the jurisdictional court for protection and protective order in respect of the property owned by them in Victorian View (a gated community). The owners were constrained as they failed to convince you to take action against all persons concerned, be that as it may.
This is to inform you that in spite of the complaint referred above you have failed to take action against all persons concerned therefore I was constrained to approach the jurisdictional court for protection and protective order in respect of my property. The Hon’ble court having heard the case has granted the interim order the copy of which is enclosed herewith.
Interim order in OS 1667 of 2012 by the Hon’ble Jr Civil Judge Court in favour of the undersigned.
In the circumstances it is requested your kind self to aid & honour the order of the Hon’ble court and effectively implement the order of protection passed by the Hon’ble court.

This is sajith from bangalore i have purchased a flat from stargold Builders thats is GM NEST Thanisandra near manyata techpark Flat 204 I have booked flat paying 1 lakhs later bcoz of financial problem bank loan eligibility i have cancelled the flat they returned back my amount 1 lakh next day itself they very kind and very supportive staffs as my knowledge stargold builders they very good builder even Two of my friends purchased the flat from them in GM NEST They provided home loan 90% aswell for my friends
