Star Gold Builders are selling properties or apartment of G M Heritage - Sr No- 56/4, Nellurhalli, Borewell Road, Victorian View Layout, KR Puram Hobli, Bangalore East 560 066 developed by GSA Builder (Mr Gangadhar and B N Reddy ). GSA Builder, Star Gold Builder, AR group builders and SLV Builder are partners or the same and The Biggest fraud company who is encroaching plots of innocent people at Victorian View and putting up structures, knowing very well the truth about Victorian View Layout. In the past also, after warning about some developers like Orange Properties, many fools had purchased properties from them. What happened to Orange Properties? Where did they go? Firstly, Why do not people think why this GSA Builder, Star Gold Builder, AR group builders, SLV Builder is giving flats at such low prices, When every other builder outside Victorian View is selling at much higher prices? This is to inform you that in spite of the complaint referred above you have failed to take action against all persons concerned therefore we constrained to approach the jurisdictional court for protection and protective order in respect of this property. The Honorable court having heard the case has granted the interim order the copy of which is enclosed herewith. Interim order in OS 1667 of 2012 by the Honorable Jr Civil Judge Court is in the favor o[censored]ndersigned. In the circumstances it is requested your kind self to aid and honor the order of the Honorable court and effectively implement the order of protection passed by the Honorable court.
