[Resolved] StarCJ--Maharaja Whiteline Thunder Cooler — Supply of faulty piece | |||
I have posted a complaint today morning and the compalint No. is 10221. In this regard, I submit that I have received a telephone call just now i.e.4.30 PM from StarCJ telephone No.[protected] and the same story is repeated. The lady on the other side advised me to contact Maharaja Whiteline Industries and thet they are not supposed to take any action in this respect. Sir, I have purchased the product from StarCJ Online shopping Mall on cash payment to them, with their assurance to replace the piece if found faulty and that if they are informed within 7 days of the receipt of the product. In this case I submitted my complaint within 30 minutes of the receipt of the product. Further, even if we purchase any product from a local dealer, we get our complaint registered with them and they arrange to send thier man or manufacturers' representative so as to redress our complaint. Then why StarCJ are running away from their primary responsibility. Is it not their duty to thoroughly check all products before dispatch to the clients as theirs is a Tele Mall and a client purchases the product with blind-faith of quality and work-worthy of the product. In view of the above facts, you are requested to take appropriate action in tha matter and direct StarCJ to replace my faulty piece without further delay and execuses. I purchased a Maharaj Whiteline Thunder Cooler from StarCJ. The product was delivered at my doorstep by StarCJ's courier after receipt of full amount. On opening of the piece, it was found that it is open from one side. Immediately I lodged a complaint on StarCJ's phone No.[protected]. The person assured me that the piece will be changed,within two-three days if found faulty.. I did not to put it in use.hoping that Coy's representative will visit my house. After waiting for three days, I again contacted StarCJ on the above phone and lodged the complaint again.This time they advised me to contact the manufacturers. On my persistence that I have purchased the product from them and as such they should take appropriate action in the matter, my compalint was registered. Thereafter, I received a phone from StarCJ and the lady on the other side,after getting all details, advised me to open the piece and test it by filling with water. Accordingly, I unrapped the piece and on testing, found that the up-down swings do not work and throw the air towards feet only. Again the complaint was lodged, by telephone and through e-mail also. But I have received no response so far even after three days of lodgement of the complaint. It appears that StarCJ are running away from their responsibility and shifting the onus to manufacturers. Is not it their duty to supply error-free products after due checking as they are on-line suppliers and a customer believes of receivibg good quality and 100% error-free products only. Please take my case suitably at the appropriate level so that my faulty piece is changed. Thanks
