[Resolved] StarCJ / snack maker — refund against non delivery | |||
I k.k.kulshretha of Agra made an order for ‘snack maker’ through net banking on 5/3/12 and paid 1499/- to starcj. My order no was [protected]. On 7/3/12 they informed me by sms on my mob. [protected] that the order has been dispatched on my address given to them. After a weak ,delivery was not received by me,then I made an enquiry,I was told that as the item was found damaged by their franchisee, it was returned. Your Amt. will be refunded within a weak. After a weak or so I enquired it was not credited to my bank a/c, they registered a service request .In the same way whenever I contacted to them on customer care phone they simply registered service request and repeated the same dialogue. It happened 4 times. On saying to let me connect to the supervisor they started a tone ranged but never connected. It seems that it is their gimmick to befool the customer. and hush-up money. They do not provide their address any where so that some one may reach them. As we have no way to reach them you are requested to take action against them by digging out their whereabouts and save public against such type of frauds. Was this information helpful? | |||
