Dear Sir/Mam, I want to lodge a complaint against State bank of patiala, palam branch.My complaint covers the following points:- 1.not supportive and helpful staff 2.Nature of Branch Manager, Sameer Kumar is not good towards customers 3.Clerk named Satya Narayan nature towards customers is very bad. 4.No person available at help desk for most of the day Kindly see my complaint and try to overcome these problems in the branch, because it will harm the image of State Bank of Patiala. [protected].BRANCH CODE(174), IFSC CODE:-0000174 ON THE DATE I ASKED IN THE BANK SOMEONE, I NEED THE USER NAME AND PASSWORD FOR NET BANKING.THEY SAID PLS. GIVE US A SIMPLE LETTER.ON THE NEXT DAY THEY SAID WE DON'T HAVE BOX SOMTHING LIKE THAT.WHEN I ASKED HOW MUCH TIME WILL TAKE THAT ?THEY SAD I DON'T KMOW.PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM.I AM BADLY NEEDED FOR USER ID
