[Resolved]  State Bank Of Patiala, Indira Nagar, Bangalore — Not having the online transaction right

Dear Sir,
I have saving a/c in your state bank of Patiala Indira Nagar branch, Bangalore. A/c No.[protected]. I have opened an ibanking facility on around 2 years before and we have got users ID and password for login. But when ever I m trying to make any transaction online I have got some error like:
“you may have not access or transaction rights on this account" I have several complaint your
Indira Nagar branch via sending mails online or sending letter by post with all the content written with my signature, but they have not response solved this problem. At present I am not available in Bangalore so it’s difficult for me to come personally to branch and talk about this problem.

So kindly request you to please look into the matter and do some favors for us.
