Sterling — ten rupees note reject

sir,
i have account in thousand light branch my ac/no: [protected]. my office is rangarajapuram. so i have put my salary in rangarajapuram sbi branch ,my office is given by ten rupees note in amount of seven thousand only/-.what is the reason for reject ten rupees note.i also contact this branch manager mr.kannan not responsable. so pls tell me the reason.

Sterling — Irresponsiblity in customer care centers

I purchased a new sim (BSNL) for Rs-10, after that i felt that why they are selling it for 10 because those are unsold sim cards, which means nowadays the people are not interested to buy BSNL cards.

I activated 230-Rs monthly unlimited GPRS plan on 18th, only 3 days worked properly and thereafter not conneting even everyone is perfect. i.e: signal, balance, suported handset etc..

I complainted in customer care centre on 23.05.09 today it is 26.05.09 but till date no inprovement in my gprs. I called them many times, telling that it will be cleared. Bad responce from customer care centres.

Other Reason:

Customer care support is very very irresponsiblity with their customers, telling us that they will "solve the problem and we will call you in 24 hrs" but no call is comming from them. Instead we are supposed to call them 8 to 12 times a day for a single problem. Ex: network or gprs problems. And sometimes they are cutting down our calls without any answer. 1st of all it takes nearly 15 to 25 mnts to reach the person in customer care service. After that responce is worst, call transfering to any senior or technical dept is zero. Careless in work (delay responce) all these reasons make people to get angry upon it and recomend others not to buy it.

Suggestion:

1. Pls all o[censored] operators make easy to catch the person in custmrcare service quickly to avoid waste of timing.

2. All o[censored] operators record every calls receiving frm customers to know who is behaving with responsiblity or with irresponsiblity.

3. All o[censored] operators please ask your staves in customer care centre to give perfect or atleast proper responce to the customers.

4. All o[censored] operators pls provide atleast one local technical centres in evry area to avoid much calls to the customer care centres.

These are all the basic changes to every operators should follow...
