[Resolved]  Sterling Honda pune — Not allowing paid service of vehicle

Sterling Honda ,Pune used to provide the services to Honda activa and to avail this service we have to went to their showroom on Old pune Mumbai highway,near ranka jwellers,Pimpri. But to my shock when I went there and stand for more than one hour their executive said to me that , service cannot be done without taking any prior online appointment. I told them that there is no such information on the net and sent to people through sms and as I alrady I waited there for more than 1 hour,I want this to be done anyhow on this they commented:- when you come first time here you know what the process is so from second time you are now aware.

The comment from them is not justified as they are their to provide the service to their existing customer also who are looking for paid service. This is really annoying and something should be done so no one give this time of lame excuse to their customers.
