BELOW IS COMPLAINT FOR WHICH NO RESPONSE HAS COME FROM STERLING HONDA

Dear Sir/ Madam, I am the first owner of the
honda activa MH14DW 4862 purchased thru your own agency on 31 March
2013 and since then regularly using the vehicle with duly servicing done
at your center. You shall be having all the records as well. However
the experience of the last service done on 15 March 2015 is not at
all satisfactory. Same is already indicated on your Job Card NO
14JC67927 dated 15 March 2015. I
was given to understand that the diaphragm in the petrol tank has
suffered wear and tear and needs replacement. If not replacede there are
chances that all the petrol in the tank will get drained off. Also I
was informed to replace the bushes for the front shock absorbers. The
understanding given to me was thru the your respective staff one Mr
Maqbool . Only the air filter was replaced as it met my approval and I
was quite convinced. I
requested Mr Maqbool to give me his observations in writing which was
not accepted by him. Also the respective manager was on weekly off so I
had to suffer and come home with whatever status the vehicle was. I
am carrying a fear of either having a faulty vehicle or an unforeseen
situation like draining of all petrol from the tank without knowing. Who
is going to resolve this ? As
on date there is no response from your side and I remain in dark about
the kind of vehicle I have purchased and the kind of servicing that is
done. Please help either resolving at your level or taking it up with
M/s HONDA as to how such a thing can happen while my vehicle is
