This is to inform you that I had invested Rs. 1825 against the cost of 1 ( One ) Teak tree. As per the Easy Retirement Teakquity Certificate given by you the first Interim returns due on after end of 13 Years.
I am very sorry to inform you that i could not get any interim returns / payment on the due dates. Please confirm the Interim returns / payment details if you had sent on the due dates, otherwise arrange to send me the interim returns / payment immediately.
The photocopy of the Easy Retirement Teakquity certificate is attached herewith for your ready reference.

I have invested in 27 teak trees for RS 1775 EACH in STERLING TREE MAGNUM(INDIA)LTD 15years ago, as dated 30/06/1995...and the maturity was given as 29/06/2015 in the name of my wife and daughter.

The company has shut doors. Investors have gone to court but in no vain
I have invested a total of Rs 22990.00 in 5 teak trees and did not receive any interim returns as promised by the company, I tried to contact the co. managing director and wrote to them several times but in vein. The Marketing person was refered to me by a retired DIG of Police. Please reply to me immediately and arrange for my First and Second Interim returns immediately.

By the way this is for Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd, Head office: 'Divyaa' No. 8A, Murrays Gate Road, Madras 600018. Spot Receipt Nrs: 14471 / 14472 / 14473 / 14440 / 14441 / 51262. Their delhi office was at: 811-812, Vishal Tower, District Center, Janak Puri, New DL - 110058 (Total spent was INR 17, 850).
LAND OWNER'S TEAKQUITY — No correspondence, No interim returns in 2001 and 2007
Under the Sterling Treee Magnum (India) Ltd '' Divyaa'' 8A, Murrays Gate Road, Alwerpet, Madras 60001845 Trees were purchasd under the 'Land Owner's Teakquity' Certificate .Application No. Y 800833 Certificate No. G 2099 by me Mr. VIJAY SINGH PARMAR, 349 New Jawhar Nagar, Jalandhar City, Punjab, on 21.09.1995 at a total value of Rs. 79875.
First Interim return payable was on 20.09.2001, the second on 20.09.2007. and the Maturity is on 20.09.2015.
I have had No. corrospondence since the time of purchase and the Siliguri office from where the scheme was launched and these certificates were purchased was soon shut down by the company.
My new address is Mundra Bhawan, 3rd mile, Sevoke Road, Siliguri-734008.
I had kept these certificates in the Safe and get them out, now that I am computer litrate I am writing to you.
