[Resolved]  Student — Correction of Voter ID Card

With reference with my 'EPIC' card i like to invite your kind notice to the following:

(a) 'EPIC' Card (No. AEM 1378314) was issued to me on 27.03.2009.
(b) Spelling mistake of my name has appeared on the card. The correct spelling is as follows "SUPRITI MUKHERJEE"
(c) The date of birth appeared on the card is wrong. The correct date of birth is 01.11.1990.

However, you are kindly requested to take appropriate action regarding the matter and oblige.
