Student — atm transaction

im ravi frnd of a.ranjit kumar
last saturday my father sent 3500/- from kavali sbh branch on behalf of a. ranjit kumar with a/c:[protected] n payeeble at peddapalli sbh branch.
on saturday evening i checked but money doesnt transsacted and similarly i checked frm saturday to today but ther is no money transaction ..
today my father concern kavali bank manager n asked about transaction then he told sunday money was taken but i dnt take money

so plsss rectify this problem sir ...
