Hello I am Chirag Agarwal.I have purchased web space from http://siliconhouse.net/. I have paid 1999+tax extra for that. The details of purchased plan is given below:

Recurring Amount: Rs.1999.00
Billing Cycle: Annually

Total Due Today: Rs.1999.00
I have used this plan for 3-4 months. After three months. after that they have suspended my account. When I contacted with their technical team with this issue they said that your website is gaining more traffic .please check this specification is written in their plan
Unilimited Bandwidth per month.
When I asked regarding that they said that your website is using more spike bla blawhatever. They have suspended my account. My website was closed for 4-5 days. after it I have contacted many times that please refund my money if you cannot activate my account. But they said that it is not possible.
Now please tell me I have paid money for the serviced which I am not using. And they are not refunding my money.
If my website cannot handled by your server then please pay my refund. Why are you charging that amount from me?
Please tell me what to do?
