I am Narendra Purchased a Su-Kam inverter in 8 january 2009, and after 3 month its battery became down, backup is 10 munites, I called the customer care after one week one engineer came on 23 april 2009, checked my bettery and told they will change in 48 hours. today is 29 january and no one came to change my bettery, I am daily calling customer care but they only promise.
