Reg: Replace the Solar Panel

Dear Sir

I had purchased a 150 watt panel of sukam on 25.05.2016, whose serial no. 11FBKPD0455, there are many small cracks in the panel, Panel's Cracks are increasing day by day. Due to which I think there is a problem in charging too,

So you are requested to replace my 150 watt panel.

Power back-up issue

Address: 10/12, Karmegam valagam, Palaniappa nagar, Thiruvagoundanur bypass, Junction main road, Salem, Tamil Nadu 636005

Once the EB power is cut on a day of monthly shut-down, the Su-Kam UPS we had installed is supporting for just 2-3 hours only. Later that the entire office electricity supply is getting interrupted for the rest of the day until the main power comes ON. Please visit our office at the below mentioned address at the earliest to sort out the issue.

Sukam-falcon eco Inverter issue

My Sukam to inverter model Falcon-eco not working.
When connecting power it's disconnecting power and low/over voltage and low battery LED glowing.
Without connecting AC power inverter working fine....

Service of Sukam Inverter

We are having one Sukam make Invertor of 1.4 KVA Digital inverter (24 Volt). The inverter was purchased in June 2011.

The inverter stopped working for the last 10-15 days.
