Output issues and Frequently blows off the fuse

I have purchased the Sukam inverter, it frequently blows off the fuses and now it has output issues.
I have complained and it has been more than 24 hours, and no engineer has turned up yet.
My complaint number is HR-C[protected].
It was very bad decision to buy Sukam products and never recommend to anyone to buy it....

Dear Sir

I had purchased a 150 watt panel of sukam on 25.05.2016, whose serial no. 11FBKPD0455, there are many small cracks in the panel, Panel's Cracks are increasing day by day. Due to which I think there is a problem in charging too,

So you are requested to replace my 150 watt panel.

    Once the EB power is cut on a day of monthly shut-down, the Su-Kam UPS we had installed is supporting for just 2-3 hours only. Later that the entire office electricity supply is getting interrupted for the rest of the day until the main power comes ON. Please visit our office at the below mentioned address at the earliest to sort out the issue.

        My Sukam to inverter model Falcon-eco not working.
        When connecting power it's disconnecting power and low/over voltage and low battery LED glowing.
        Without connecting AC power inverter working fine.

                        The inverter stopped working for the last 10-15 days.
