I have been trying to all someone in your Chennai Branch office last 48 hours after I failed to get a response from your toll free number who registered my requirement saying 'someone will call you in 3 hours".After repeated attempts in talking to someone who can even speak English in your Chennai office ( the phone was being answered by an attender), I spoke to one Mr. Lakshman who gave me the phone number of Mr. Sampath, whose phone was not reachable whole day! Again I called Mr. Lakshman gave me the number of Mr. kamalakannan, your ASM. I tried him for long but he ever picked up his ringing phone.I messaged him that I want him to pick up his phone and I am a customer wanting to buy your products. No reply. I called Mr.Lakshman again and explained to him my predicament. He called Mr. Kamalakannan who reluctantly came on line. l started telling him what the problem was and he said, "Cut the crap. Make it short. What do you want." I do not expect a company of your status to have people like this working for you. I am putting up this complaint on Facebook and also Customer Complaint Portals.
