i have registered my land from subham but and i have recieved dalil and posation letter from them. when i started boundry overy there infocity 2. there club members r saying u can't start boundy bcause this place is of club. So, any body can tell me how to punish builder .

Don't purchase anything from Vasundhara Land & Developers Pvt.Ltd.Its a fraud company and a great cheater.They are taking money for their projects but don't have lands.By using our money they are doing their own and purchasing flats and other assets for themselves.Pls don't go with the sweet words of these people.

Behind BRM college, one plotting project is going on by subham estcon builders. please guide me where the land is litigation free or not.
Same as Sarala Estcon Pvt Ltd is also a very very big fraud company in Bhubaneswar. Please don't purchase any land or apartment form him...
in TSL Spring City in Kantabada project. there is some problem(litigation)in the land so The 2 BHK constuction is ON HOLD since last 1 yr and 3 months.ery slow..

The complaints against Subham Estcon Pvt Ltd sent by few friends are not only false but also fabricated to demoralise to the builders and give them in mentally harassment & disturbance . Therefore friends don't blindly believe the complaints, rather please visit the Office and have the site visit of Plots before getting scared by seeing the comments

i am not able to make patta which plot i had purchased from you. why ?
TSL Spring City has not added a single brick since Feb 2012 and I believe it is on the verge of shutting down . Not a single phone is working and no body is there at the site

Any updates about TSL Spring City?
TSL Spring city is not a viable project anymore . First, the first phase which was supposed to handed over on Apr 2013 is delayed and now the expected handover is around Jan 2015 . If expected handover is Jan 2015, I would predict it will not be handed over before 2016 :) .The second phase constructions has stopped since Sept 2011 and has not added a single brick after that . As per Spring City officials, they are going to work on it only after the first phase is over . So dont expect it before 2018 .
There are some serious problems with the constructions and spring city . First, I heard that there is some land disputes . Then I heard about the builder having cash strapped in Chit Fund scams related and now I am hearing that there is heavy problems of getting laborers from West Bengal . I dont think the project is a viable one now .

Before I was going to fall for victim of frud Real estate(who is doing business in different name). but atlast I found a good real estate who promised to give me within 3 month. After paying money within 7 days I got sale deed, Within 30 days they gave boundry and projection.(late due to cultivation land). So if any one wants I can help.No broker pls . only working professional i can give number.

The builder named as UTTAM BUILDERS, Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar owned by Mr. ASHOK CHAWALA is a cheater and doing below standard constructions. Within one year of possession all the walls of the flat started cracking terribly. The materials used is of very poor quality. He failed his commitment what he has done in the agreement. He has not responding any complained from clients. Everybody is dissatisfied with the said builder. Be ALERT about such type o[censored]seless builders...

This is santosh here... recently i had a visit fr patitapaban construction plotting project in macheswar, backside of REC and loved the way they are giving service like st boundary wall and very well developed plot with electricity...But they are saying that they are having power of attorney and then they are registering the plot in the name of 3rd party... I hav selected the plot..registration on next monday and that day only i will pay full amount...
But i am in confusion where really this registration is possible or not as they are having power of attorney.

All these above builders made money by sale of a plot to n number of people. If you want genuine plots on out right only with possession, then contact me as I am working in this trade from 2013 when all fraud companies came to picture one by one. I was also cheated by Safex Infra. I am doing this business on professional basis now. First possession, then, documents verification followed by out right registration. I am having small properties in different locations of Bhubaneswar. People came to see, verify, make possession and finally registration is made. Very simple and straight process. When we think that we will buy in bookings and installments, then on the other side that person tried to get the benefits. It is not a vehicle and consumables goods or electronic item that you can buy on EMI by banks or nbfc. It is advised to make the money as fixed deposits rather than buying a plot in schemes.
