yes I agree to that even I have banked the stem cells of my child from Ahmedabad and till date I have even not received the certificate. I found this is a scam company and should not believe on their commitments. Bid promises were give by the executive at the time of enrollment and later not a single one is fulfilled.

May be you are a new employee of this cheater company that's why your are talking as your previous colleagues were talking.FYI I logged a complaint for so many time as your guys were instructed me but every time i was getting calls and follow-up from different people.I fight for many months and finally i terminated my preservation with cryo save, bangalore that's why you dont have my record..Yes i accept that its a big???? company but after all for me its the worst company and tinny in india.
But definitely i will preserve my another child's stemcell with a good local company which has ethics not with the MNC??? company working with no ethics.So no more deal with any MNC? companies in future.
