[Resolved]  SUN DTH Connection — Reallocation Home,Dish setting pending for 35 days

Myself Vidhya,
I am having Sun DTH cable dish connection.
I have re located my home from Ramapuram(Chennai) on 30th Oct 2010 ,to Adyar IIT(Chennai).
kindly note the distance between the above 2 place is less than 8 kms.

I have unpacked the dish from my old location,and the same is brought to my new Home.
But the same setting(Sun DTH connection) needs to be restored in my new location.Dish setup.

I have informed this to Sun Direct Customer care 30-35 days.They have informed like they will do it within 48 hrs.
There was no reponse and i have made call to the same customer care more than 70-80 times for the past 35 days.Still they are keeping on telling sorry and still no one came to restore the setting till today(1st Dec).

I feel really very much sadfull,because as its known Sun direct Customer care is not toll free number,and each day to call and elloborate the pbm minimum 40 min it took,and if the same is calculated i must have sent minimum Rs 2500 simply to call to customer care.

Now they are senting message to my number like,since its not recharged they are going to Cancel my connection,i can recharge the same when the system is up in AIR,this is possible if the technician show a bit courtesy to come to my Home for doing the settings.
Kindly note the customer care people have given me 4-5 technician number,whom i have tried many times and they are either cutting the phone or not picking up the call.

It should be also noted like the shifted place is in heart of Chennai city and not in a remote place.
My TV is just a show piece now in my home or to be said frankly an empty Box without a connection for 35 days.

kindly note the distance between the above 2 place is less than 8 kms.

But the same setting(Sun DTH connection) needs to be restored realignment .Dish setup.

I have informed this to Sun Direct Customer care nearly 3 months .They have informed like they will do it within 48 hrs.
There was no reponse and i have made call to the same customer care more than 100-180 times for the past 3 months.Still they are keeping on telling sorry and still no one came to restore the setting till today(15th feb).

I feel really very much sadfull, because as its known Sun direct Customer care is not toll free number, and each day to call and elloborate the pbm minimum 40 min it took, and if the same is calculated i must have sent minimum Rs 2500 simply to call to customer care.
