Unjustified Deactivation of Sony Entertainment Channel & Poor Customer Support

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an issue with my recent recharge on the Sun Direct app.

On 27 March, I successfully recharged and activated the Sony Entertainment channel. I also received confirmation, and the channel was working perfectly the same day. However, the very next day, the channel was automatically deactivated without any reason.

Recharge done but channels didnt shown

Sir,
I am one of the Customer of Sun Direct Name : Ajithkumar A smart card Number : [protected] Today I Recharge this registered number through via G-pay yearly package successfully sum of rupees 1599/-, but channels are didn't play.
In this recharge for my Mom & Dad old age people lived at my native, i am not at there. Please Rectify this issue sir.

Regarding Pack Activation

I recharged my Sun Direct Set Top box for 3 months with a recharge of 477 (Including Tax) as mentioned on their website as well as Sun Direct App, after that Once I connected with Customer Care they said This recharge is Invalid, we can activate your pack for a month but we can't activate it for 3 months, then I said in that case return my Money to my account. As I recharged Online so it won't be difficult for them to return. But they denied....

Online booked amount Rs 1499 not returned for sun direct dish connection

Address: T1, VR builders blossom 2, Mel Ayanampakkam, Chennai-600095

I had booked new sun direct connection for amount Rs 1499 through online.
Person came from sun direct and checked cable line.. Informed that concealed cable for dish not available. Once installed then inform me for installation. I will cancel the booked connection and come collect the amount by hand for dish connection told by Vadivel [protected].
After installation of dish cable, I called him for dish installation and taken...

My money debited but still showing sun direct app transfer failed

Recharged the same sundirect DTH number twice.

I have recharged my neighbours sun direct number. The same sundirect DTH number recharged twice by mistake. I have recharged through Paytm, then it showed me that your recharge is under processing. Then I get back from the page and refreshed it. After that it showed me the recharge option pay to the same number. I thought that the payment was failed so that it showing again to pay. Add on channel activation issue

I have added two channels on[protected]discovery, gemini comedy), one channel(hungama) on[protected].Today 24-7-23 I have renewed by base pack(MY FTA), added STAR MAA HD. But previous add-on channels i.e, Hungama, discovery, gemini comedy stopped, they are not activated called customer care more than 5 times, talked to backend team.No one solving issue, saying will be activateed in 15min, 2hours, but not getting...

I have subscribed to channel from the alcarte for 6 months. But the channel is not working since the day I have recharged. It is already a month, I have raised a complaint but still the issue is not fixed and the customer informed me they will send a technician but I need to pay the charges.

Why should I pay for the issue with their services. I am able to watch other channels....

Money deducted from Paytm wallet but not recharged

I've recharged my sun direct with Kannada basic pack on sun Direct app with paytm wallet, when i chose paytm wallet and proceeded to recharge the app showed "something went wrong" and money deducted from my paytm wallet (rs.213) ... But recharge not done...🤬 My registered mobile number: [protected]

I have posted a complaint some 11 days back
the complaint is as follows
problem 1
E118-4 Reserved smartcard return code has been displaying on the screen of our TV since many weeks
we have complainted related to issue many times to customer care
no one has responded positively and solved
for everything they are asking 175 to 200 to repair.
its a worst experience we are facing every timebr...

Recharged twice by mistake

My sun direct account [protected] has been recharged twice by mistake this month. It was recharged on 01/06/2022 with Tamil Value Pack by my mother. As I was unaware of that, I recharged again today (05/06/2022) with the Tamil Economy Pack. I need to cancel the Tamil Economy Pack which was recharged by mistake...

Polimer news channel not coming in sun direct Set top box

Address: 960-2, Athikkadu, A Thekkur post, Thiruppathur TK, Sivagangai Dist

CDSN number: [protected]. I have been continuously requesting polimer news channel with Sundirect. But they are saying that in future it will be added in the channel list. I dont think they would add the polimer news channel in their channel in future. We are paying monthly fees for their favorite channels and not customers willing channels. TRAI is saying customers to choose channels and pay for it. but Sun direct really make their customers...

Refund/Transfer recharge made to old account

I have mistakenly recharged to my old inactive sun direct dish smart card (ID:[protected])which is now inactive. I am using sun direct new setup box and I supposed to be recharged to my new connection (ID: [protected]).
Both connection are under my Father name and I made recharge to my old inactive connection through PAYTM, Transaction ID:[protected] on FEB 23, 2022, recharge amount:240.
Customer care denied transferring my recharge...
