I Have subscribe channels amount has debited lot of times but I'm unable to view channels i send mail with profs but no one helped me yet i wan to sue 9n the company for wasting my time and money.

    Yesterday i.e.[protected] I have mistakenly recharged the sun direct dth linked to my Father's mobile number 99XXXX4094 which was disconnected last year and not in use as we had changed the DTH to different service provider.

    I have reached out to sun direct and they asked to email to customer care which i did on same day with details and requested to help me in refunding the recharge amount of Rs 1620.

    Sun direct Transaction reference number[protected]

    Surprisingly, i got a call today i.e[protected] instead of email response stating they agree that no dth account was recharged with the amount but i can use money to recharge another sun direct number but can’t get the refund.

    The response was non apologetic and not in a professional manner. How can you charge money when services are being availed by customer

        I have recharged the sun direct today for rupees 741 but without Knowing my brother also recharge for the same amount of rupees 741 so please refund the amount of 741 to original payment mode

          Why is it every single time I recharge they don't get activated even after refreshing for 24 hours. This is looting. Every single time I have to wait with their lazy online customer service for more than 2 hours. Pathetic.

                  Hi Sir/Madam,
                  I recharged my Sun direct account 2 times. 1st time recharge transaction id ([protected]) it's says something went wrong. And I do second time transaction id[protected] recharge the recharge was successful. but amount was deducted 2 times. 1st time recharge takes the amount but it's showing something went wrong and amount also not refunded pls help me to refund for this transaction both transaction using this card ICICI bank credit card.                     Sun Direct — Channels not displaying for subscribed one

                    We have recharged for INR 1194 on 22nd October for plan "Tamil Economy"; after recharge got success payment some of the channels which are received are not displaying. Raised query to sun direct customercare and they are not accepting complaint for providing the free of service instead they ask to pay. They are giving explanation that angle of dish might changed; if that is the case same kind of error should been received for all the channels...

                        I recharged my Sun direct account 2 times. 1st time recharge it's says something went wrong.                           I have done payment of rs-241.98 from my sundirect app via their upi mode through my paytm account.

                          Amount debited from my bank account, but recharge not done... I contacted paytm they said, recharge is sucessful from their end.
                          My sundirect id number is [[protected]].
                          Kindly pls look in to this. So again I recharged rs-241.98 from my sundirect app using debit card that is successful.

                          Please refund the rs-241.98 my initial debited paytm account ASAP.

                            Sir i request you to add zee picchar channels on sun direct.

                            The zee picchar which is launched recently

                            I add requesting but no-one is responsing properly they just say we will add the channel but nothing is done

                            Please add the channel as soon as possible

                            All the dth has taken that channel but only in sun direct it is not available

                            I request you to add the channel fast

                            I has requesting for many channels but no channel is added by sun direct side so add zee picchar channel atleast

                            I hope you will not disappoint me and please add the channel
