I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding an issue with my recent recharge on the Sun Direct app.

On 27 March, I successfully recharged and activated the Sony Entertainment channel. I also received confirmation, and the channel was working perfectly the same day. However, the very next day, the channel was automatically deactivated without any reason.

When I contacted customer care, they acknowledged...

In this recharge for my Mom & Dad old age people lived at my native, i am not at there. Please Rectify this issue sir.

I recharged my Sun Direct Set Top box for 3 months with a recharge of 477 (Including Tax) as mentioned on their website as well as Sun Direct App, after that Once I connected with Customer Care they said This recharge is Invalid, we can activate your pack for a month but we can't activate it for 3 months, then I said in that case return my Money to my account. As I recharged Online so it won't be difficult for them to return. But they denied....

I had recharged the smart card number [protected] on 2nd March for 241.5 rupees (1 month). But that time payment is processing upto 1 day. So I decided to recharge one more time for the same smart card number. I recharged 239 rupees again by dth dealer on 7:34 am. The payment which I made on 2nd March is on processing stage today 4.30 pm. After that I received a message from that recharge was successful. I need a clarification on that how you consider this because I had paid two times for the same month for the same card number. Here I have attached the payment receipt. Please resolve this issue ASAP and return my money. Otherwise I will file a complaint in consumer court.

I had booked new sun direct connection for amount Rs 1499 through online.
Person came from sun direct and checked cable line.. Informed that concealed cable for dish not available. Once installed then inform me for installation. I will cancel the booked connection and come collect the amount by hand for dish connection told by Vadivel [protected].

I have recharged sundirect but some channels are not coming what to do...

I made a recharge of 260 rs on sun direct app (source of money - Paytm wallet). 260 deducted from my Paytm wallet and error shown in sun direct app... Money got deducted but recharge not done ...

I have requested the refund for my amount (Rs.500) from my sun direct wallet to my bank account. They have debited the amount from my sun direct wallet but it's not sent to my bank account. I have submitted all the proofs they required but they don't respond properly. Kindly help me on this.

I Recharged For Sun Direct, Hd Tamil Gold Pack For 271 rs the amount got transacted but it shows transaction failed, if possible refund the amount

I have done a wrong subscription recharge mistakenly... So now I need refund for that... But if I ask customer they days it's not possible

I have recharged my Sun Direct Smart Card in My Sun Direct App after the expiry of present Telugu Gold SD pack on 13th September, 2023. I have done recharge on 14th September. I stay in Visakhapatnam

When I opened the App and clicked on recharge my old Telugu Gold pack, they showed an popup which stating that our packs are changed with OK button. When I clicked on that button they redirected to me page showing two packs HD Telugu Gold and HD Telugu Basic (Both has SD and HD options).

So I have choosen HD Telugu Basic and clicked on Add option where they showed another popup with 3 Options which I added screenshot to this. From that I have choosen 3 months plan which costed me Rs. 750 with all charges. And also the recharge was successful which I made payment through ICICI Credit card. I have attached Transaction history as well.

So after recharge when I checked my subscription it was showing Telugu Gold Pack active and also amount in my wallet which I didn't added manually but think they taken Telugu Gold pack cost and credited remaining in wallet which is not acceptable completely from my end.

Immediately I contacted live chat and I was shocked that the agent saying that there is no 3 months plan for HD Telugu Basic Plan. And it's only available for 1 or 6 months. If you can see my attachment and say If I'm wrong in selecting 3 months plan?

I have written an complaint mail to the Sun Direct Customer care. But I want to log an complaint over them here too, to question -

1. How they can show false information on app while recharge?
2. How can they redirect part of the payment to their wallet without redirecting to payment source?
3. How can they don't intimate a user about the package change? They didn't even send message that you 3 months plan is not activated due to this so and so reason.?
4. There is no proper info provided to the chat assistant as per the data in app, he asked where did you find that option of 3 months? In return to me.

I need proper explanation on this and solution for this misleading users by a reputed company.

I tried to recharge my Sun direct account with Telugu Gold Pack for 6 months at a price of 1489 rupees, I have done transaction with my mobile from my UPI Id to sun direct, but after the money deduction the transaction has failed in the Sun Direct App

I have recharged my neighbours sun direct number. The same sundirect DTH number recharged twice by mistake. I have recharged through Paytm, then it showed me that your recharge is under processing. Then I get back from the page and refreshed it. After that it showed me the recharge option pay to the same number. I thought that the payment was failed so that it showing again to pay. I recharged my sundirect with Telugu base pack 1249/- through sundirect mobile app via UPI. The transaction in UPI is successful and amount is deducted from bank but the transaction is displayed failed in sundirect mobile app. I raised a complaint through customer care as well. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
