My Smart Card No. is [protected]. I had requested for the reactivation of the connection on Apr 29 for one month. After repeated calls to Helpdesk, it was re-activated on May 11. I have used the service for 18 days instead of 1 month. I was told that it was due to technical problem and activation will expire only by June 10 (after a month). To my surprise, service was disconnected on May 29. When I called up and raised the complaint, I was told that within 48 hours, I will be contacted. Nothing has happened till date.
Meanwhile, I have gone for a 1 year renewal on June 3. I had called up the help desk and requested for re-activation on June 4. I was told that the re-activation will happen in 30 minutes. I keep calling all these days and today is June 7. It's already 5 days after the renewal. Meanwhile I have raised the complaint again through Sun Network website. I have not received any response.
I find this as the height of irritation and customer dissatisfaction. I would term it as cheating too.
