Please please solve the audio complaint on all your network channels that too in Sun News - very very poor low audio while news is telecasted but during advertisement and music the sound louds and getting irritated. Is someone from your editing has noticed??? Being a world network, video quality is good vbut when comes to audio - worst than very low grade channel....

Stop roja serial
One of the worst serial ever seen, it's completely make veryone to be at the temper over the serial. How can someone be sooooo good, that roja character is, that Anu is taking every action to hurt and even kill roja. Rojas be like forgive her let she try in some other way to kill me. That completely make people so dumb and allow the bad people to hurt again the innocent. And i really hate the roja and the artist in the entire serial, whenever she says her husband sir i get very angry like if i act in that serial na i will definitely join hand with anu and try to hurt and kill roja. One of the worst scenes in that serial is there are crores of people are there in the world, and God appears only to that roja character. That completely make no sense. Atleast make some changes in the serial everyone in the serial are do overacting their role, especially roja, her mother, and her mother in law. When they do any expression i be like take a handful of cow dung and hit on there face.

new trai dth regulations

As per new trai regulations for dth, sun network has formed some packages in which sun prime (Sd) was priced at 9.44₹ and sun tamil super (Sd) was at 8.26₹ in airtel dth broadcaster bouquet package till yesterday (30/01/2019).
But today it has been changed.
Sun prime at ₹53.00 and sun tamil super at ₹59.00.
If it's like this and only few hours left to select the packages, how can a subscriber decide his package.

Connection not reactivated

My Smart Card No. is [protected]. I had requested for the reactivation of the connection on Apr 29 for one month. After repeated calls to Helpdesk, it was re-activated on May 11. I have used the service for 18 days instead of 1 month. I was told that it was due to technical problem and activation will expire only by June 10 (after a month). To my surprise, service was disconnected on May 29. When I called up and raised the complaint, I was told that within 48 hours, I will be contacted. Nothing has happened till date.
Meanwhile, I have gone for a 1 year renewal on June 3. I had called up the help desk and requested for re-activation on June 4. I was told that the re-activation will happen in 30 minutes. I keep calling all these days and today is June 7. It's already 5 days after the renewal. Meanwhile I have raised the complaint again through Sun Network website. I have not received any response.
I find this as the height of irritation and customer dissatisfaction. I would term it as cheating too.
