[Resolved]  Suncity Hi-Tech City Ghaziabad — Refund of my money

Hi,

I have done a provisional allotment of a 250 Yards plot in Suncity Builder's Hitech City Township in Ghaziabad in the year 2006. However so far the builder has not provided any plot to me. I have been following up with the builder to Refund the money along with the interest as per the agreement for more then 1 year now but every time I call them or go to Suncity office, they ask for more time.

The booking is in the joint name of me and my wife (Neha Prakash/Rahul Agarwal).

I have also filed a complaint in the consumer forum (Complaint Number 1276) in Delhi KG Marg Consumer forum but they did not accept the notice sent by my lawyer to them.

Kindly look into this and suggest.

Please add me also in the group as I have yet to receive any reply regarding either the payment or allotment of the plot. Every six months Prahlad Acharya says we would be allotted the plot.

Hi All,

I booked 200 sq yd plot in wave royal castle (suncity hitech infrastructures pvt. ltd.) in year 2013, it was told to me that possession will be given in 2 years, but they added date for Jun, 2021 in RERA and still there is no development on site. From the information we have, there are some land acquisition issues too.

I had also booked a plot with hi tech township measuring 239.2 sw yd. Plot was allotted in springwood enclave. Even after 14 years there is no possession. If legal action is contemplated please ring me on [protected] and email at [protected]@gmail.com

I have also booked a pre-launch plot of 259 sq. yds with Suncity in 2005 and later taken over by Waive Group and they have not issued land to me and now asking to take refund which is also not sure when available. He has cheated us all and would request if some one guide me to any group which is presently representing this case.
