Suncity Hi-Tech City Ghaziabad Complaints & Reviews

I have done a provisional allotment of a 250 sq. Yards plot in suncity builder's hitech city township in ghaziabad in the year 2008. However so far the builder has not provided any plot to me. I have been following up with the builder to refund the money along with the interest as per the agreement for more than 2 years. But now every time i call them or go to suncity office, they ask for more time. They are just delaying my refund
