Hi,

I have done a provisional allotment of a 250 Yards plot in Suncity Builder's Hitech City Township in Ghaziabad in the year 2006. However so far the builder has not provided any plot to me. I have been following up with the builder to Refund the money along with the interest as per the agreement for more then 1 year now but every time I call them or go to Suncity office, they ask for more time.

I have been following up with the builder to refund the money along with the interest as per the agreement for more than 2 years. But now every time i call them or go to suncity office, they ask for more time. They are just delaying my refund

the refunds in EOW are happeing at 10% compounding each year, this could be the only chance for us buyers to get out of this stuck project.You can contact Rajinder Chadha- [protected]/[protected]/[protected] and the address is Divesh food, 6th Floor, 601 commercial tower LE Meridian Hotel. I paid for a provisional allotment of a 250 sq. Yards plot in suncity hitech infrastructure Pvt. Ltd., Ghaziabad in the year 2006. So far the builder has not provided any plot to me. I have been following up with the builder to refund the money along with the interest as they still do not have developed plot to register.

Many times they gave false promises and misleading information of booking but failed to allot. The booking is in the name of Manish Barman. I request for help from Indian Consumer Complaints Forum, any lawyer or government agency to get refund. If any group is formed to fight with builder jointly in court then please include me.
