He should give compensation or has to be punished
I have not received any complaint from the person concerned. He has paid the amount happily and extra money which he got financed from Bank and taken back extra money from me by cheque with mutual consent.
For your kind information water and electricity is not in my hands, its solely the responsibility of Kamdhenu society which is mentioned in the sale deal of the land which he purchased from the society. Regarding quality of work, he has not complained anything to me from last more than two years. If he wants to get repaired anything then I am ready to help to solve his problems.
If he is suffering from any financial loss because of rent and bank EMI, I am ready to purchase his house.

SuNRIse Enterprises — Poor quality of House and No electricity
Dear Sir/ MadamI have purchased a home from Mr. Deepak Raj Singh in year 2007. The land was purchased from a house society that was Kamdhenu Grih Nirman Samiti Maryadit Limited Bhopal while the whole construction was done by Mr Deepak Raj Singh. In agreement letter he has assured to provide water and electricity to us. House is constructed in Year 2009 but still due to non availability of light & water I am not able to live in that home. The quality of construction is also very poor as huge water leakage can be seen at every where in the roof. Quality of all fitting aterial , Doors gate and window quality is also very poor and started damaging immediately. Cement and brick were not used as per the specification. I have taken Bank loan and paying around 10000/month as a EMI and in same time also paying house rent around 8500/month which is very painful to me and this is harassing me mentally and economically.
