water supply in 2-b block nit faridabad

I shammi bhutani resident of 2-b-25 nit faridabad 121001 facing the worst level problem of water supply in our area there are only 6 to 10 houses are affected for the water supply since last 15 days. This is become a very serious problem since last 5 years in every summer season. We have to arrange water from other sources like water tanker and even the packaged water bottles from market. This is very expensive for every one. So you are requested to take an immediate action on it.

Employees salary account not open

Bank manager refuse to open salary accounts for our employees. They required 20000/-salary per month in each salary account which is not possible.
Bank manager suggest to open account in other bank SbI etc. If I will open our employees accounts in other bank than why I will continue my supreme current account with hdfc bank.
Now I have to plan discontinued my current account and five other saving account from hdfc bank.

Refund Not received for Recharge done on MOBILETOPUP

I have recharged our Mobile & DTH from website http://www.mobiletopup.co.in & my 4 transactions were failed & amount deducted from my Bank Account I have not received refund even after 1 month. I have complaint about it still i have not get refund.
Following Transactions were made :

2) Date of transaction:14/10/2014 Order ID MTP13109375 Tr. Amount: 155
3) Date of transaction:14/10/2014 Order ID MTP14106491 Tr. Amount: 200

cancellation of smartbyte facility

Dear Sir ,
We are using your broadband service through fixed line[protected] and the plan we have opted for is Rs. 3999/-. Every month our l broadband bill use to average Rs.4700/-
Last month our bill was Rs. 4907/- our account no. is 12055806. The bills used to be sent on time and also an SMS would follow .
This month I received the SMS on 3rd May evening .The due date is 7th May giving us hardly any time to even complain.
this morning I called customer care and complained about the excess amount in the bill. He clearly told me that somebody from our end has activated the Smart Byte plan.As far as I am aware no change in plan was initiated from our side .Ours is a service apartment. May be some guest has activated without our knowledge. I kindly request you to DEACTIVATE the Smart Byte plan. I hope you will do the needful .

He should give compensation or has to be punished
I have not received any complaint from the person concerned. He has paid the amount happily and extra money which he got financed from Bank and taken back extra money from me by cheque with mutual consent.
For your kind information water and electricity is not in my hands, its solely the responsibility of Kamdhenu society which is mentioned in the sale deal of the land which he purchased from the society. Regarding quality of work, he has not complained anything to me from last more than two years. If he wants to get repaired anything then I am ready to help to solve his problems.
If he is suffering from any financial loss because of rent and bank EMI, I am ready to purchase his house.

SuNRIse Enterprises — Poor quality of House and No electricity
Dear Sir/ MadamI have purchased a home from Mr. Deepak Raj Singh in year 2007. The land was purchased from a house society that was Kamdhenu Grih Nirman Samiti Maryadit Limited Bhopal while the whole construction was done by Mr Deepak Raj Singh. In agreement letter he has assured to provide water and electricity to us. House is constructed in Year 2009 but still due to non availability of light & water I am not able to live in that home. The quality of construction is also very poor as huge water leakage can be seen at every where in the roof. Quality of all fitting aterial , Doors gate and window quality is also very poor and started damaging immediately. Cement and brick were not used as per the specification. I have taken Bank loan and paying around 10000/month as a EMI and in same time also paying house rent around 8500/month which is very painful to me and this is harassing me mentally and economically. He is living in Chuna Bhatti that is situated on Kolar Road Bhopal and his conatct no. is [protected], [protected]
